INTOLERANCES
- INTOLERANCES ARE BUILD UPS, THESE ARE NOT ALLERGIES OR DISEASES. THEY ALL GIVE ME BAD INTUITIVE CONTROL/possession/digestive nervous system control IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY HEALTH CARE ID. My health care id gives me the intolerances, and could not. my health care id was turned on when I was seven years old in toronto Ontario public school, I ask that they turn it off, it’s a waste of my life for their profit, revenge, and petty behaviour. 
GLUTEN
- Constipates me from my health care id. 
- Gives me rash on my fingers like peeling skin and bubbles. 
- Highly intolerant. 
- Health care constipates you, and in controlling your digestion makes you more dominatrixable/ possessable, to god program, grows your thumb, changes your scull. Also implicating the innocent in this case church. 
ELECTRICITY
- I absorb it 
- Keep my chair away from outlets 
- I am afraid if I take a house in my name I will be blasted, like surged, me deemed incapable? From my health care id. 
DAIRY
- Dependant on brand. 
- Not lactose, that eats the build up, but the build up. 
- It numbs my bum. 
PARABENS
SILICONES(sls and sles)
PLASTIC CLOTHES
- 100% cotton socks, drawstring underwear, cottonique is in Canada now, but they changed their drawstring underwear, I have yet to try it. 
- Leather shoes, and most important fully natural fibre insoles (leather) 
PARABEN BASED DYES
- Yarn dyed is better whole cloth dye gives me my health id. 
SUGAR AND SUGAR SUBSTITUTES
- Sweet tastes. 
- High glycemic are better. 
- Most toothpastes are sweetened, I have stevia sweetened toothpaste, with calcium chloride and no flouride. Calcium is good for me. I use unflavoured, natural fiber floss. 
FLOURIDE
- Highly intolerant 
- No drinking, no brushing my teeth, shower filter, no bath. 
- Laundry in shower filtered water by hand, everything. Good soap. 
- I use distilled with added minerals myself. 
- I mop the floor with distilled water, and Bragg vinegar. It can’t get on my feet or I tremour from my health id code. 
- Gives me tooth caries from health care id. Not everyone but me and the CAMH clinic. 
- Be sure to add minerals to distilled water you drink. 
CAFFEINE WATER BALANCE AND WHITE NOISE
- Caffeine is a diuretic and affects your Gaul meridian. 
- So does nail zapping your left abdomen area. 
- Drink lots of water, try for lower caffeine. 
- Try to stretch your body daily, to not be as tight to the white noise and zap yourself as much, 
- It’s positive feedback in a bad way, you’re tight so you zap yourself, you zap yourself tighter. 
DIGITAL MUSIC AND ID CODE INTERNET CONNECTION
- Music with ai voices I listen to cds 
- I do not have or watch tv 
- It all has my health id. 
- I go to films. 
- Limit my phone and internet usage. 
SCENTS
- My health care id picks and chooses what I am allowed to smell, and isolates me to only smell bad things, to threaten me, push me down, make me agitated, and hurt me. 
- It does it to people in my aura too, so they only smell the bad parts of me, making them dislike me carnally. 
- I keep nice smells around. 
GREEN LAMP SHADES
- Make me cold 
- Frosted soft bulbs are better 
- LED lighting is bad 
- Forced air, hvac and ac, whole house heating like vents in an airtight building, I have a rad, but the airtight building congests me and I have a different body rhythm than most people, Mexican Caribbean. I don’t flow in an airtight building with others, please don’t drug me to it, force me to be inferior and not let me breath. Say I’m sick? I can go elsewhere or work from home, live a happy undrugged life. 
- Fire alarm and building speaker (I’m intolerant). Intentionally regulated to hurt me. 
- I have leaky windows and a sweater 
- Especially bath and beauty products with the above mentioned intolerances, like gluten nail polish, wheat and plastics in hair care products. Sugars and plastics in creams. 
- Shiny silks are difficult for me they reflect, I need raw. 
I do…..
- Try to excercise to keep my body strong to stand up to all this. 
- Eat high glycemic whole grains to make my digestion more complex and slower, in order to stand up to this. 
- Practice yog almost daily. 
- Call it yog because some terminology negatively affects me. 
- Practice, read and write haiku daily for my body rhythm strength. It’s like prayer. Finding a strong body rhythm. A body rhythm that is not health care. 
- Sit in a natural fiber wood and feather chair, and sleep on a tatami mat. Furniture is often plastic based. I go numb. 
I ask for a health care id that allows me to partake, work, doesn’t cut my emails, isolate my phone, give me horrific spell check, threaten my family and friends, make general society ridicule and torture me from the back, make me sick intentionally, clip my intelligence or creativity, or heart and empathy and compassion, if I don’t behave, abuse me for celebrity sway (want to be celebrity mental hospital marketing campaigns included) or electrically blast any house or condo in my name. I ask for the dignity of an adult, and not child id, and “permission” to date whoever I want.
